Alterations:
We do all the fittings and alterations required to your wedding gown or bridesmaids dresses here, avoiding the need to transport them to other locations or to deal with a third party. We have been altering wedding gowns for more than 25 years.
We have had to stop altering gowns that have been bought elsewhere as the demand was too high. People with the skill, patience and attention to detail required to alter these gowns are scarce.
Steaming and storage:
Every gown that is purchased from us can, if you wish be, stored free of charge until you require it. If you give us a date that you want to pick it up, we will prepare and steam the gown the day before and hang it out over night so that it is ready for you. This also applies to bridesmaid dresses bought from ourselves.
Shoe dying:
All the satin shoes that we sell can be dyed to match your bridesmaid’s colours (or for guests and Mothers). We do this service on the premises at a charge of £15 per pair. This service is only available to shoes that we stock ourselves as we cannot guarantee getting a good colour match on other shoes, even if they do say they are dyable.
Delivery and dressing:
We are now offering this service, which involves delivering your wedding gown and/or bridesmaids, to your home or venue on the morning of your wedding and helping you dress for your big day. We can only offer this service to one bride on each date. So if you already have your dresses on order with us and would like to book or find out more about this service, please contact us as soon as possible. New brides to us, will be offered this service at the time of ordering, if the date is available. Prices start at £59, this covers a 20 mile radius from our boutique in letham. Boxing and preservation:
We can box your gown for long term storage after your wedding if you require. Various size boxes are available, please contact us to find out more.
Travel boxes are also available for destination brides.
